Dues

Dues paid by our members fund the activities of the Association, which include the  annual Clean-up Day, Summer Road maintenance, legal fees, insurance, the Annual Meeting and BBQ, etc.

Our Association dues are $50.00 per year. They can be paid by check to
Silver Shekel Owners Association, 880 Fairview Blvd., Breckenridge, CO 80424. Or you can pay electronically to ssoatreasurer@gmail.com with Zelle. Check with your bank to see if that service is available.

Per the Silver Shekel Responsible Governance Policies, there is a five dollar ($5.00) late fee and interest will accrue at the rate of eight percent (8%) per year, or the rate specified in C.R.S. § 38-33.3, from January 1 if your annual dues assessment is not paid in full by March 31. Also, interest will be added quarterly on April 1, July 1, October 1, and January 1 on all unpaid balances.
