Silver Shekel Owners Association

Silver Shekel Owners Association is the homeowners association of the Silver Shekel neighborhood. All property owners are members of the Association.

Yearly dues are currently $50 per owner and payable to SSOA, 880 Fairview Blvd., Breckenridge, CO, 80424. These dues help pay for maintenance of the emergency exit road to HWY 9 (the Summer Road), the annual picnic and meeting, the annual clean up day and this website.

Our Association is managed a Board of Directors comprising volunteers from the neighborhood. We do not have a management company to take care of things. We can always use more residents that are interested in serving our small community, and from time to time we’ll ask for volunteers to serve on the Board or for other specific projects. If you are interested, just let us know!
Our By-Laws allow a minumum of 5 and a maximum of 11 Directors elected by the Members at our Annual Meetings to three-year terms, and the Board of Directors has set the number to 9.
